The Winchester Model 1894, designed by the legendary John Moses Browning, is the best-selling hunting rifle in American history. This 1981-production example was manufactured at Winchester's original New Haven, Connecticut facility — the same factory where the first Model 1894 rolled off the line in 1894. The New Haven plant closed in 2006, making pre-closure rifles increasingly collectible.

Condition
Excellent condition. Blued finish is very well preserved with minimal wear. Walnut stock in very good shape with only minor handling marks. Lever action smooth and tight. An exceptionally clean example for a 1981-production rifle.
